Ok my wife and I are at the point of divorce we are not seperated but are planing on doing so very soon. The state I am in requires you to live apart or at least 6 months before you can file for divorce so I am kind of confused as to what I am ment to do As far as removing conditons.

My wife and I got married out of love but we have slowly drifted apart my wife has changed so much she used to hang on every word I said but and now every word I say is wrong and cause for an argument she has even become violent towards me but I have never repoted the violents as I loved her and just thought she is have a hard time with her emotions but now everything is to much and I want a divorce my problem is now it's all over am I expected to go back to my birth place because my life is so different now and it would be near impossible for me to go back as I have no job in my birth place and I have no friends also very little family and the family I have are very poor and have no room for me so I would be homeless or really in a really bad place. What I have here is a good job that helps people with special needs and I have a nice house and the best friends I could ever ask for so I'm scared of going back to my birth place. My 2 year conitional runs out on 10/10/10 so what do I do? Do I file for roc on my own and if so when?

You can remove the conditions by your self once the divorce is final. Just keep all the documentation that prove your relationship.

Good luck
