Who gives a ** what anyone who posts here thinks.

Why are you so fixated in getting personal information out of me?

Who? You do fool. After all, it's why you camp here looking for people you dislike to rebut.

I am not fixated at all. Have you noticed I have generally not asked anyone else this but yourself? Yes, a person who assumes they are better and smarter than everyone else.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

So far I've read claims that Fox News asks hard ball questions while other news organizations don't and that the President doesn't answer hard ball questions. Is anyone surprised by that? Any politician is trained to side step hard ball questions with the most diplomatic and ambiguous answers possible. If you're the leader of the free world you have to make it your duty to reveal what information the people need to know and discriminate what would do more harm for the public to know. Other claims I have read are that Glenn Beck is not news. As was also pointed out in the video opinion news is a kissing cousin to news. He's an American talk radio and television host and conservative political commentator.

This president campaigned on a stance of openness and transparency. Seen any of that yet?

"What would do more harm for the public to know?" He works for US remember. WE the people and all that.

And I just love the way his accent changes depending on his audience. What is he..channeling Elvis?

And who the hell is cousin Pookie?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

My main point is that I am glad the media is discussing the issue instead of rallying around Fox News from being banned from the interviews at the WH. If the other networks wanted to say they weren't going to do the interviews then every reporter knows that they are basically shooting themselves in the foot because it's their bread and butter. The White House was within their right to refuse interviews with Fox and I reference the video as she says, "The difference between Fox and news is that Fox is now actively organizing and promoting a protest movement against the US government." Fox Network runs promos for tax day tea party protests, 9/12 marches, and organizing anti-government street protests thus making them an opposition political outlet to the White House. In the early formation of our government it was not uncommon for print journalism to be associated with some line of political affiliation. Just as today various media outlets are known to have media bias. Journalism ethics have evolved since then. The standard is to report the news not create the news. By Fox News involving themselves in organizing anti-government protests they are creating the news which crosses the line and does not a news organization make. That is masquerading as a news network for personal agendas. Other examples similar to this are Dateline NBC with their "to catch a predator" show. They set that up themselves thus creating the news and entrapping people instead of simply reporting the news. There are real pitfalls with tortious newsgathering.

No.. Wrong.. Its that Obama doesn't want to answer any hard questions. And his little pansies at the All Barack Channels throw him fluff balls on a daily basis.

And the flip side is that Fox News criticizes Obama and the Democrats 24/7 but rarely criticizes the Republicans. The President's actions & policies should be analyzed & criticized when they seem suspect, but criticizing one party & glossing over mistakes made by the other party is hypocrisy, plain & simple. People like you who are so partisan that they can't see this are also hypocrites.

Pot calls kettle. Typical Lib short term memory loss issue.

I don't buy the two wrongs = a right argument, so your "pot vs kettle" argument scores a 0/10. Please point out anywhere in my posts where I condone the left leaning media's bias. You can't because I don't... and this thread is about Fox News. If it were about a left wing reporter (e.g. Keith Olbermann) my remarks would be the same.

Kinda hard to pull the hypocrite card when you obviously can't see the whole picture.

Then why do you keep asking?

To shorten - Bush was wrong when he did it - Obama is just doing what comes natural....

I feel like you're not reading anything I write nor watched the video. That you like other commentators in this thread are more interested in ignoring the facts of what Fox News Network has done wrong. Reporting comes with privileges and restraints which define newsgathering.

Yes I have seen openness and transparency more than the last eight years. Whitehouse.gov is one example of that. What would do more harm for the public to know is an easy answer - matters of national security. As for the accent and cousin Pookie I don't know what you're talking about.

Oh I read it. The problem is that aside from my paraphrase - you say nothing with so many words.

You do know there was a Whitehouse.gov for many years before Obama right? Even *gasp* under Bush!

Responding to a question with a question is poor for Joe. He called you out on your ####### and now you can't even own up to it. Find any evidence to prove what he asked you, Otherwise, stfu. Did you happen to visit whitehouse.gov over the past 12 years? It had virtually no information other than a small bio on staff members and highlight points about things they wanted to tout.

I'm sorry what ####### is he calling me on? His posts read like ####### because he doesn't read #######. lol! He didn't even address what Fox News Network has done wrong which I clearly point out in my second post. Anyways I'm not interested in debating off topics in this thread. I'm interested in discussing Fox News and the special privileges they think their network is allowed with newsgathering.

Joe & cdneh both of you are obviously far right & both of you (particularly Joe since he posts a lot more) has displayed blatant partisan bias on numerous occasions, so your swipes at me are hypocritical & frankly very lame. My views are left of the VJ center (translation: moderate in the real world) so obviously we will disagree on most things, which is fine. However what makes me different than both of you is that I realize partisan rhetoric goes both ways & regardless if it comes from the left or right it is the same BS.

I also know that my effort to point this out will fall on deaf ears because neither one of you has shown a desire or even ability to self-reflect, but nonetheless I am calling both of you out.

Sorry that I was not clear in my post. Nowhereman was calling Joe out on his #######.

My take on Fox News is that the line between news and commentary has been blurred. A story that begins in the morning will get chewed up by commentators and morph into something altogether different by the later afternoon and evening news broadcasts.
