Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

What did she need so she could take a cruise, documents wise?

we took her GreenCard aka LPR (Legal Permanent Residence) and her Texas Driver licenses

We couldn't find her Passport at the time, due to it being misplaced during our move

When we went thru Immigration in Galveston, they asked me if she lived with me, and she presented GC and DL

Thats awasome...and I thought when you leave the country , a passport is a must.I guess all immigration offices here are nto the same.

I wanted to take Claudeth on a cruise but she is afraid the ship will sink. Makes no sense to me because she used to ride those ferries in the Philippines that seem to sink all the time but won't ride a modern ship :wacko:
