I'm having a problem getting some kind of call logs. I use an Orbitel phone card to call Vanessa and she has a Movistar pre-paid phone. I call her every night for the past 8 months but since I use a phone card I cant prove that I do. My phone company said they cant give me a log. What do I do??? I do have a bunch of my calling card but they cant help me??

How about emails? Do you guys email each other a lot? If you can provide a history of emails, that could be enough, combined with your explanation about phone cards.

You've already submitted the I-130, so trying to make something for initial submittal is useless, NOW. IMO, ya should have front-loaded evidence on initial submittal.

If you want to be able to show evidence on Interview Day -

I suggest you CHANGE PROVIDERS NOW - find a refillable pin card provider that provides online Call Detail Records for your account, and the submit the logs to yer wife to bring to the interview. You've got some time, switch now - show the logs for interview day.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
