My USCIS Login is not working

•Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.

•Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

I called the customer service to maybe reset my userid or something, but they said they cannot do that. I have verified I am using the correct password and my userid is valid so the only option I can think of is the multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer.... What does that mean? Does anyone know? and if so how can I fix it. The guy at USCIS said I have to just make a new login... the only problem with that is i can't use my email address because it is linked to the old account...

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

AHHHH That is scary!!!! It has seemed that along the way... They still don't show us as approved even though Kati is going to have her interview at the consulate in a couple of weeks.
