Ok, I have a few more questions.

I don't have a SSN yet. Do I need a number before submitting any of these forms?

On form I-485, what expiry date do I put in under the A# box. The Visa expiry or the I-94 expiry?

Also, in section B, I listed my daughter who is in the States on a CR-1 visa. She is not applying with me, so do I have to put in a A# if she has one?

On form I-131, section part 3, I don't have a specific date so what do I have to put as date of intended departure?

Ok, I think this is the last one (for now). On for I-765, #2 other names used, do I need to write the name used when previously married?

No. If you don't have an SSN, put none.

The I-94 expiry - that is the 90 day date by which you needed to marry. The other is the time by which you had to use the visa to enter the US.

Yes. They can check her file and see she is already here, if they need to.
