ok, i need:

- good weaknesses

- good answer for ''have you ever had a conflict with a co-worker/boss, how wsa it resolved""

you told your adoptive mother (len) about the problem and she showed up, swung her sword a few times, and there was no more problems.

conflict: situation: how about this co-worker who keeps calling me baby, how pretty u are today, u smell so good, u should be a model. when i give him a paper he has to touch my hands instead of just grabbing the paper. solved: i spoked to the co-worker, explained that it makes me uncomfortable and he changed his attitude, we remained having a great work relationship.

is that a good one?

Once I was asked what my personal motto was. I politely stated that I don't have one, and the chick looked at me as if to say, "You didn't prepare very well for this interview, did you?" She was a real b!tch. I was a couple of years out of college and was looking for my second "real" job. That was the first interview I'd had where it hit me that an interview goes two ways and that we were interviewing each other. I thought, I'd never want to work for/with these asswipes anyway.

I worked with someone who said she'd been asked who her hero was during an interview. What the hell? I mean, not everyone subscribes to these notions.

Re: weaknesses, maybe something about trying to do too many things at once?

OK, for that one I have the perfect answer... why??? because my annual review came out with "needs to work on work relationship skills"

So go and say: I realize that American culture is different than Brazilian workplace culture; and I have learned things need to be less curt/more diplomatic". Nessa, blame it on Brasil, god know I blame it on Mexico :P

Len's right. Whatever 'weakness' you state, should be followed up by a sentence on how you're pro-actively working on making it a "strength". If you use the fact that your English is not as strong as you'd like it to be, include something about what you're doing to better your language skills. :)

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
