Now is that for the petitioner or the sponsor? It doesn't say WHO that question is referring to. I've searched the internet and VJ but it doesn't specify...

The person adjusting status is completing this form. They are answering for themselves.

It refers to the person whose name is in the first line of the G-325A form. If it is your fiance, does he/she have former spouses? If so, put their names in the 2 lines 'Former Husbands & Wives

If you require more lines, you may want to reconsider.... JUST KIDDING :P

Whose name is at the top of the G-325a? Who's signature will be at the bottom? THAT person's former husband's/wives.

The G-325a is a single person form. It applies only to the person whose name is on it. For the AOS from a K-1 no G-325a is required for the eptitioner.

Thank you all for your replies. I assumed that's what it meant but that question was immediately after asking my name and a few blanks about me then the next was the former spouse thingy so it was confuzzing.

I filled it out that question for her (not me) assuming so.
