The K-1 visa is really easy, pretty much everyone here's done it themselves.

Just take a look at the guides and the example forms at the top of the page, they're really helpful.

Otherwise, it depends on the area of the US you're in.

You might want to post that so people can suggest something for someone in your area.

I live in Glendora, CA about 20 miles east of Pasadena.

Anybody know someone I can trust, to do K-1 visa for me?

You're a little vague. Are you talking about finding a lawyer to do it for you?

Unless you have a complicated case (such as a criminal history, been deported etc) then do it yourself!!

Follow the guides on here, and do a few weeks of research online and learn about the process yourself. It's not as hard as it seems once you've read up on it.

Take each step at a time

Do you know if she can come for 2 weeks on a fiancee visa?

Welcome back...

Can you be more clear about your question? (Do you mean 'Can your fiancé come to visit while waiting for the K-1 Visa?')

I thought she needed a K-1 before she came here.

I think you seriously need to read the guides at the top of the page before you go any further!!!! Sounds like you're confused on the whole process. Take some time out and do some research/reading before going any further and getting yourself into trouble. Knowledge is power!!

I am confused. I paid someone to do it for me, now I can't reach him.

You paid someone to do WHAT for you? Do you have a K1 Visa already? I'm guessing you don't. What exactly have you paid for?

A K1 Fiance Visa is a single entry visa - which means you can only use ONCE to enter the US, and then you have to marry within 90 days. If you don't marry, you HAVE to leave.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The Guides look pretty helpful, I guess I will try it myself.

I paid this guy to do all the paperwork. I don't have a lot of time. Wnen I have the time I am too tired to read much. I know this guy he brought his wife here. His wife basically took care of me in Russia.

I guess it's a little more complicated because I have a co-sponser.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
