Hi everyone. I'm USC, just had a baby and i'm in a middle of NVC processing. Does anyone know what kind of papers do need to send to add my baby to the petition?

Congrats on your baby -- who is a USC by birth -- you don't have to do anything.

Why would you add a USC to a petition for a visa? You will add baby to people in your household, and it will affect what income level you will need to prove as a sponsor; but that's it.

Did you have the baby in the US? if yes then nothing needs to be done but register for the birth certificate. If the baby was born overseas then you'll need to file a CRBA for the baby to get citizenship

No problem. Like I said, the only difference (besides the blessing of having a baby) is that, when you are calculating the poverty limits, you will count one more person
