You admitted you have two husbands.

Thankfully, both my hubby and I are neat and organized. We both worried about the other when we first met until we saw each other's homes and saw that we were exactly the same.

I hate clutter and I like everything to have it's place.

Now, try having a teenage daughter (mine) move into our "heaven" a year after we were married..... that was "interesting"!!!!!!

I don't think the pictures are that bad. In fact the "neat/before" pictures look like a hotel; all perfect and orderly. Maybe you have some kind of OCD-perfectionist-thing.

Both me and my husband are somewhere in the middle. We both have things that we draw the line at. I HATE when he throws his socks on the floor and everything else into the bedside drawer until you can barely open it. He hates when I leave cups laying around and having desk-clutter. I hate when he bundles his clothes in a pile until they're almost toppling off the chair. He hates when I leave the bathroom floor really wet and the towel off the rack.

Little things that we don't really care about. I just say "can you clear your shi$ up" and he just says "it's fine, leave the towel lying on the floor".. :P and then we laugh, and move on.

I don't like things messy, so that kind of disorder would make me squirrelly. That said, it would appear that the room did not go from A. to B. overnight, looks like several days of accumulated stuff.

So, if you don't like the way she handles it and she isn't willing to pick up after herself, that leaves you to pick up - daily - not weekly or monthly.
