Hi to all, we have met twice in Israel and after a month traveled to London for 9 days, to meet eachother. Now it has been 2 months that we actually know eachother. By the time we will process the documents that will make 3 months. Is that enough time to apply for the K1?

USCIS requires for K1 filers to meet at least once face to face. There is no ruling on how long the courtship has to be to file.

So you met their requirments by meeting face to face. Best wishes.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

As long as you have met (in person) within the past two years (which it sounds like you have), you qualify. Thankfully USCIS is not in the business of deciding things like how long we've known someone.

For the PETITION 2-3 seconds will do nicely.

Joe: Hi, I am Joe

Mary: I am Mary

Joe: Nice to meet you. Want to marry me?

Mary: I thought you would NEVER ask! YES!

Joe: Please sign this fiancee letter of intent and this blank G-325a form. I will call you later to get details, I have to go now. I will see you in about 6 months in the USA!

Mary: Great sweetheart, Bye, but what about...?

Joe: Oh almost forgot, smile for the guy taking our picture together! Cheeeeeeeeeeeeese

There you go...this petition will be APPROVED. Whether the VISA gets issued is another matter entirely, depends on the consulate. Read the consulate reviews and check the regional sub-forums. VISAS are not issued by USCIS and VISAS are not approved or denied with the petition.
