K-1 AoS, Address information

Hello all, so live in USA with my now wife, entered on a k-1 visa, on all those documents we used her parents address, now we have our own place what address should we use on the AoS paperwork? cheers

Use the new address on all the AOS/EAD etc forms.

Tip:

Put both your names on the inside of your mailbox (somewhere on the inside where the postal carrier will see them) - this will help ensure you get important mail delivered.

ty for the swift response, I thought that would be it, does anyone foresee that this could be a problem at all for the process, or are they consider 2 separate processes ie information not shared between each stage(k1/AoS)

We had different addresses for the K1 and the AOS process (same situation like yours). It did not cause any problems with the EAD and AP.

Haven't heard anything negative from the I-485 yet, but I don't think it would matter. People move all the time.
