Is the guard stamp different from the stamp at the back of the receipt when you leave the clinic on day one. My receipt has a red stamp already and I was told to come back Monday at 7:15 for my immunization. Does it mean I will not go through sputum test anymore?

Sure there's been a few if not a couple changes since then.. The price went up a bit and passports are being returned[?] at the end of the process for example.

And thanks to mcmom for posting an update. That's what people really need.

Anything left on my original post that are still accurate is welcome for editing, and so are the pictures if someone would plan of making another Med Exam Walkthrough (unless the floor plan changed and a spa or a poker room has been added somewhere in the building, the fact that we have to wait an eternity, sometimes I think that would be a great idea!)

If the guard stamped your receipt with “SPUTUM --- something” then unfortunately, you have to have a Sputum Collection and a 2-month long delay.

Is this something that can be done prior to the exam to avoid a 2-month delay? wth is sputnum?

This was a great walk through report! I have a huge question! My fiancee got her 1st day exam today. She was told that her exam was only good until December. Her embassy interview is around 23-25 of November. We planned for her to come to USA in January so that she can spend Christmas with her family and i can prepare for her arrival. This understanding she had of having to use her medical exam by December has got us confused. I told her i thought it menat she had to have her visa interview by December, but she thinks it meant she had to leave PH by December, assuming interview goes well.
