Hi everyone, I am doing the paper work for my husband I485. He came here with K-1 visa. I am confused re: G-325, do I need to do it for him only? or do i need to do one for myself too as the petitioner like the one in K-1 visa?

the second question, where can i find the guidelines for income of poverty line?

the last question, does he need to submit 2 pics for each form: I485, I131 and I 765

thanks

The I-485 is the alien's application to register as a permanent resident... the USC is not a party to this application... The USC's participation is as sponsor

I agree with the first response. Go to USCIS or VJ's website and look up the checklist under adjustment of status.

1. Just for him, you are off the hook for it this time. Be sure you list his address here as his current address

2. They are here at this site, look under I-864P

3. I would (and did) yes. You may get by with less but I wouldn't take the chance for the cost of a couple of pictures. Oddly enough, after all that they will use his biometrics photos for the cards.
