Do i need to pay all 3 fees for form i-485, i-765, and i-131

Hi all,

Sorry if this had already been asked by other VJ members.

When applying for AOS form I-485, i would like to also attach form I-765 and I-131. Do i need to pay all those fee for I-485, I-765, and I-131? or just pay for the I-485 fee?

when filed with or after the I-485, the I-131 and I-765 fees are included in the I-485 fee.

It should be $1010 total, one check/cheque.

1010 dollars cover all three AOS EAD and AP applications.

be sure to check over very carefully before sending.

AND remember 6 picture 2 for each app.

It's one fee, $1010. But on big issues like this, I usually give them a call. Actually, I give them 3, I ask the same question and if I get the same answer, from different rep, then I take it as the right answer.

Speaking of which, the USCIS phone rep are not very helpful. On many times, I had them quoting me information from their website, one even told me that she didn't know the answer and that I should talk to a lawyer. (My question was about birth certificate size). I just about asked her WHY she was there, but I decided to just say thank you and hung up. I get the feeling she knew how I was feeling, they must get a lot of calls that they cannot help.
