I was browsing through photos during Jordan's stay here in the Philippines and I reverted to the best days I've ever had. I realized that I'm sure other couples on here can share their favorites and a gist of the story behind the picture. :)

I had a hard time selecting which one I favored the most but out of a bunch of them, I gravitated towards this one and it happens to be my profile pic on MySpace. Harhar.

It was Jordan's last night in the Philippines so we headed out to Greenbelt 5 and ate a scrumptious dinner at Kai. We had such a splendid evening so we headed to Cafe Havana afterwards to have some drinks. Jordan had his usual Rhum Coke while I ordered a bottle of Gilbey's Premium Strength Green Tea Gin. (I love that stuff!!!) - - - boracha :D

We had a serving of "Banana Republic" (a.k.a Platanos) and Jordan had an idea of making me taste something new so after getting a laugh out of what to get, I finally called the waitress and whispered...

"Excuse me, can I uh.. have a #######?" :innocent:

She looked so shocked that she stared at me and it felt like she was peering into my soul! Hahahahaha.. After the waitress got a whiff of that, she just nodded and scurried off though it was so evident that she was stifling her laugh.

Haaaaaaaa.. Memories!!! :D

4-5-10: NOA2 issued

4-9-10: NOA2 hard copy received

4-26-10: Embassy sent Toni a letter

6-9 & 11-10: Medical at SLMEC - PASSED!

7-1-10: Interview - BLUE

7-6-10: Submitted additional evidence of current sustained income (paychecks)

7-13-10: Visa Approved! (FINALLY!!!)

7-19-10: Visa Issued!

7-21-10: VISA IN HAND! (Thank God! The wait is finally over.)

8-26-10: POE: LAX

10-29-10 Wedding

AOS & EAD TIMELINE

4-1-11: AOS Package arrived at Chicago Lockbox

5-2-11: NOA issued for AOS & EAD

5-6-11: NOA hard copy received for AOS & EAD

5-6-11: Biometrics appointment letter received

5-20-11: AOS Package was transferred to CSC

5-26-11: Biometrics appointment

5-26-11: EAD approved (that was faaaaaaasst!)

10-3-11: AOS finally approved!

I dont have a copy of our favorite pictures together...but they were taken for our wedding tarpuline. We are still waiting on the copy of those pictures from the photographer. I will post a picture or 2 later today since i am at work and my pictures are on my computer at home.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

This is my favourite photo of my husband and I.....it was a candid shot too that our friend took while I was singing. I was so engrossed with reaching the high notes,lol and didn't realize the hand kiss.

This photo was taken on the last day of our honeymoon.

Anna had just been certified as Open Water Scuba Diver earlier that day.

I had realized my enjoyment of diving on WWII Wrecks during the week we were there.

We dove for the first time without an instructor in the water with her on a WWII Freighter, "El Captian" in Subic Bay.

The DM who accompanied us took this pic of us together at the mooring line. We were standing on the side of the wreck.

I can't express how much I'm looking forward to resuming our diving together after she gets here, too bad she won't join me ice diving this winter though..
