Hello

Last week I sent an I-130 off to Rome for my Husband. He is a UKC, I am the USC. Today I received a call from our courier service (TNT) saying that they were not able to deliver the package at the embassy, they were told they needed to provide a name and/or number of whom it should be delivered to.

The address we used was:

District Director

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

United States Embassy

Via Sallustiana 49

00187 Roma, Italy

Is this the correct address for DCF in Rome? Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on what name I should put?

Many thanks,

UK Citizen and American Citizen

my husband and I are living in Gibraltar,

which is a UK overseas territory. I am a US

Citizen, he is British. we married Feb. 13th 2009.

Trying to speed up the process and get everything ready.

thanks for any info...

best answer comes from here:

USCIS.Rome@dhs.gov

I have already emailed them, still waiting for a reply though.

Was hoping someone had used the same address with success, or knows of another.

Thanks for the reply,

That is where I confirmed the address as well. You would imagine that that address would be accepted at the US Embassy as it is on their website, but unfortunately not.

Has anyone successfully used that address?

The address (in Via Sallustiana) is correct, and it's strange that TNT was unable to deliver the package. I would try to send via Registered Mail (Posta Raccomandata).
