Dec 23,2008 Visa issued, thanks to God

Howdy MENA.

Betsy, do you know how long it lasts? I don't know if I have swine flu, bird flu, SARS, or a wicked combination of all three, but this has gone on for three weeks now and I'm quite tired of it.

They are saying that it takes at least 2 weeks to feel better. We are all taking Tamiflu to try to shorten the duration of the illness. This is day 3 for me and I feel OK not great. Hope you are feeling better soon!!

Goodmorning everyone, just working from home for a bit, then Im off to the office for the remainder of the evening. Still waiting on our case number from NVC.

A quick recovery for you Betsy and your kids thats awful, I know everytime I fly to see Ahmed these past few times lots of people wearing masks. How scary!!!

Betsy good thing you nipped that in the bud when you did.

I did not see a Dr...but my boss and joke around that we "may" have swine. I mean it is 2 weeks for me and I am ok but not 100%.....

whatever it is it is a kicker and hope you are on the mend soon so you can back to your nesting business :P;)

Happy Tuesday MENA (F)

Hope everyone has a great day! I'm trying to drink coffee, ate an apple all to wake up...next up..Red Bull...HELP! :P

It's the changing of the weather I think...its finally below 100! Last night it was in the low 80's and I was so cold outside in our backyard... :lol: That makes me laugh since I remember moving here and wearing shorts almost ALL year long thinking they were crazy here to wear sweatshirts! I guess I'm "one of THEM" now.... :unsure::blush:

Kelz...winter jacket time? I can't even imagine! It's been so long I forgot what fall is like...that makes me sad :(

To all the sickies out there ... get better soon!!! Big hugs and "virtual" chicken soup! (F)

Yup - same here. I wore long sleeves at 80 degrees when I lived in FL. :lol:

Annie how cold does it get in AZ? I am under the assumption that it doesn't get cold there but then I saw that pix in Las Vegas when it snowed last winter.

RedBull........girl...that is hubby's newest addiction....doesn't help the wallet much :whistle:

yeah i know, that's cuz I get up so I can prepare a big breakfast for the husband and kids, yeah right!lol Actually, i have to be at work an extra hour early all week and I like to get ready and be done before the kids get up.We have 2 bathrooms but we all still fight..lol I have 2 bus runs that I have to do as well. My mornings are quite hectic. I prefer it when there is no school, cuz that means I get some extra sleep.

Cold weather here too! Getting into the upper 60s the next couple days :(

Fall is here.

Kelz I was starting to think about all the fun fall things to do...apple pickin...pumpkin patch and ideas for the halloween costumes. I better get on it.

First I have to tackle my youngest child's 10th bday Thursday with a roller skating/blading party on Saturday.

Maureen...what happened yesterday? :unsure:

Betsy...SWINE FLU? :unsure: r u sure??

I know I am still 2 weeks into what I got and I am not 100%. I feel fine but still got some remnants lingering.

I hope those still waiting hear some good news and those of us who are ill get better soon. (F)

Charles ...that's a pretty long list of nothing I really want to see :P

and I have been on a movie watching roll lately.

Enjoy the day peeps..it can't be over fast enough! :whistle:

I swear I just read that as I have to BUN RUNS to do...I was curious...what's a bun run? :devil:

Maureen, you should be getting up early and getting the family a full breakfast! What's wrong with you girl!! Bad wife!! :P JK....I'm lucky I can put on coffee each morning and get the babies some milk/breakfast...Ugghhh. :P
