Ok finally our case was touched today.... yipppeeee skippeeeeeee...

well i hope so.............

what if any thing should i read into being"touched"...

I did contact my Congressman last week about my feelings of being left behind somewhat... how ever she seems to think they look at the fact history and making sure i am not having a pattern cos i was married to a morocan before..... but she did say i am well over my amount of time to be safe from any waviers or issues....

WHOOT at least I know I am on someone desk now and now collecting dust in the corner.....

its exciting to get touches when you are waiting!

They can really be anything, from someone accessing your file to check into it(like when you had your rep call) to it actually being adjudicated and on an officers desk.

I think we were touched 3 times in 8 months before NOA2's, twice in two days and then we still waited months after that I dont want to "rain" on your excitment, but I dont want ya to be more disappointed if you dont get news real soon.

I hope in your case, it means theres an approval around the corner
