Congrats Josh and Erin! I was wondering if Erin had made her way to Colorado already or not. :)

That's awesome! Have fun in Vegas too!

And thanks for your good wishes!

Guess what!? I actually received my interview date today! June 14th it is.

Im very excited, this is a good week. Matt is arriving here in 2 days.

That is awesome, congratulations! Erin has been asking about your status, since we were "filing buddies" on the same day. I'll make sure to let her know you have the interview date.

That's awesome that you get to see Matt tomorrow! I'm heading up at the end of this week to help Erin move down. Unfortunately, I'm driving this time... she has 2 dogs that are coming with, and due to the additional processing most likely required at customs, we figured a drive would be better than flying. I grew up going on long road trips as a kid... but 23 hours... we'll see how it goes. :P

Good luck with the interview! :)

Hey Kizza that's AMAZING news!!!! I'm so thankful that you're going to finally take the next step!!!!! I'm sure it's going to be smooth sailing from here on out! I move down to the states in 8 days! I can not wait!!! Our wedding is going to be May 22nd in Wisconsin, I'm so ready to move and to take the next step in our relationship! I'm glad to hear that Matt is coming! I know how much of a blessing time together is, at least I do now! The cliche is indeed true, absence indeed does make the heart grow fonder, and as well, the person who wrote that should be shot! LOL!!

anyways, best wishes with your time with Matt!!!!!! Keep us informed on how the interview goes!

She passed her interview this morning. Couldn't be happier.

Congratulations!!! Konrad's visa was approved today. It's weird. I thought it would be so much more exciting. I guess it's better to stay calm since he can't be here until August and I still need to focus on finishing up my classes this semester.

Kizza, when you finally get approved just as a heads up make sure you get an I-94 when you cross the border, tell them you need it! the border guard didn't get me one and now I have to deal with the headache of getting one given to me retroactively... you need it for the AOS process but as Canadians we usually don't need them (when we visit) but when we want to immigrate we have to have them.... just a heads up for you!

Argh! Ive heard of this happening somewhat often to Canadians... That sucks! Especially if you dont have one of those insepction centers nearby.

I hope you sort it out without any hassles.

I can see this happening easily even knowing you need one, with all the nerves and excitement of passing the POE!!

How's life in the US treating you? Did you guys get married already?
