Pls. i need your help. on G-325A form there's a portion for applicant's signature.i just want to know if both the beneficiary and the petitioner should sign or is it only the petitioner who should make the signature?thank you all so muchhhh.

You each have your own g-325a (do 4 pages for each of you to be safe). The Petitioner signs the one that has the petitioner's information and the beneficiary signs the one that has the beneficiary's information. So 8 pages total. Or follow my suggestion and make 2 extra back up packs, for a total of 24 pages (12 petitioner's and 12 beneficiary's) for peace of mind. Also the beneficiary should not print off a copy, sign it and then scan it and email it to you. The signature must be original and physically sent to you.

Each needs to sign there own G-325a...origianl signature. You als need the beneficiaries orignal signature on the fiancee letter fo intent.

G-325A form is one set (4 copies) signed by you and another set(4 copies) for your fiance signed by him.
