i just want to know if form I-129F & G-325A can be downloaded at uscis website?if so, can we use the downloaded forms which will be submitted upon filing of k1 petition?

Always download the forms from USCIS to make sure you have the latest. Print them out and submit them to USCIS, USEM, etc.

Yes, some of the forms have "fresh until" dates but the USCIS has the most recent ones.

Pay attention to that if a lawyer gives you a form.

They only get it from their office staff, so watch out.

If you download them from the USCIS site, it is 'issued by the USCIS'. You don't have to physically go anywhere and pick them up, you don't have to call them and ask them to mail them to you.
