Hi guys!

I have two questions regarding DS-230.

Question 33: List below all educational institutions attended- I am still in school and I will finish my MBA in 03-2010. Do I put in the field From/To “03-2010” since it is not possible to put “present”? Or do I put the current date and explain on an extra sheet that I will finish school in 03-2010?

Questions 35: List dates of all previous visits to or residance in the United States. (If never, write “never”) Give type of visa status, if known.

It is mentioned to write down the “A” number. I have a “A” number, cause I was taking part in the OPT program in 2007. After that I entered the US on the waiver program three times. Do I put the “A” number just one time in the form or also behind the three times when I entered the States as a tourist?

Example:

From/To (mm-yyyy)-------Location-------Type of Visa---------“A” Number (If known)

03-2009 until 05-2009-----San Diego-----Tourist visa----------do I write my “A” number down?

08-2008 until 10-2008-----San Diego-----Tourist visa----------do I write my “A” number down?

02-2008 until 04-2008-----San Diego-----Tourist visa----------do I write my “A” number down?

08-2006 until 10-2007-----San Diego-----F-1 visa and OPT----I will write my “A” number from my OPT card down!

The three times I was entering the U.S. as a visitor I didn't work, do I have to write down the "A" number anyways?

Thanks for your help

Don't put the date. Print it out then handwrite the word Present on the space.

Questions 35: List dates of all previous visits to or residance in the United States. (If never, write “never”) Give type of visa status, if known.

Well...the instructions say write down your A# if you know it. Better write them down since you know what they are. :)

Thanks for your help

Provide the information exactly as asked for. Your A number is the same forever, right?
