if you feel the need to submit three years then they should be complete, so yes you should

Send in a good copy of the W-2's for each of the 3 tax years you are sending.

You don't need to send three tax returns. Only one. But if you send three, YES you need to send the w-2s. It would be a major bummer to get rejected for incomplete information you never had to send to begin with.

My fiancee was reading a brazilian k1 forum from orkut.com and it was saying send three. I feel better about one as well, but I have all three ready to send now, so its cool.
