Hey Guys!

I got my husbands NOA2 approval! Now is the long process to get him here and the real work and confusion begins and I am ready to give birth to our first little one any day now! I was wondering can I be the agent? Should I just have everything sent to me and then I send stuff to my husband? We don't trust "agents" in Indoneisa, and we don't have money to hire a lawyer. Plus I think I could send things faster through overnight mail both to the Service center and to my hubby in Indoneisa. What do you think? Is this a good idea?

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

You can be the agent and it's the best idea if you don't trust anyone else to handle the paperwork.

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born

Hi,

What if my 6yr old daughter is in the Philippines, and me and my husband(step-father of my daughter) is here in the U.S, my husband is the Petitioner, and he wants me to be the agent ..

Are they going to send ds3032 too to my daughter? if so, does it needed to be mailed back? Or can my husband just email his choice of agent? I will be signing all the documents for my daughter ..
