thanx God for d noa2...after all we got our approval notice.....thnxz to all vj member and friends here..you guys are God giving gjft,,,tnxz...

im epey_denz24,,, my 1st I130 was denied and tnx to paris heart and gwapa and member here invj who help me and encouraged me.

07/15/2009 IV(IR-1) in hand

Post-DCF

07/29/2009 POE at Las Vegas

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received

- naturalization in May 2012 or

- GC replacement in February 2019

Timeline:

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....
