1/29/2010 - Biometrics appointment.

2/2/2010 - Sent out RFE response

2/16/2010 - Received Transfer notice to California Service Center.

2/16/2010 - AP Approved

2/16/2010 - EAD card ordered. [online notice]

2/18/10 - Advance Parole notice sent

I've waited for more than 3 months to finally write this...APPROVED!!! NOA2 was received by my husband today. Thank God! Last week, I posted "DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD/TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT" topic here asking what that means. I thought it was an RFE or something else. Our I-130 was approved on August 17 but was returned because my husband forgot to change his address online. They re-mailed it on September 3 and he received it today (Sept.10). Thank God and good luck to all. NVC, here we come. Please be good to us.
