Help please concerning AOS

They sent me a pink slip saying I dont make the 125%. I was recently laid off from my job. I currently have a job that doesnt put me above the limit for three people.

I was wondering if I could get some working papers for my wife, so she can possibly help put us above that 125%.

I asked if they would send her working papers, but it seems as our process is frozen till I can show proof I make more then that 125%.

I've been looking for a job putting me above that limit, but it hasnt come thru for me as of yet.

Its not very fare, since my wife's visa runs out in two months

Please help me, or give me some idea s

Maybe grab a second job or seek a co-sponsor.

Securing a co-sponsor may be the best thing if you are unable to find a second job or one that will put you above the income requirement.

A co-sponsor does not have to be a family member. It can be any US citizen or green card holder.
