I'm also considering a hiatus from VJ.

So most of the unapproved September filers are regulars but I did go through 6 profiles that haven't logged in a few months. So who knows, maybe they've received their NOA2s.

Monday is MLK Day so USCIS will be closed. Damnnit.

and how on this earth can one get hold of CSR on uscis 1800 number??????????? i called and it is not transferring me to CSR. how are you guys talking to those CSR's? please

Hey guys, I got my first touch today since my NOA1 (09/23). I was shock when I check USCIS and the last updated date is 01/19/2010. I was pretty active in this forum 2-3 months again but forgot my username and pw, so I just created a new one haha.

Well, Im hoping we'll get our NOA2 next week, touch really does'nt mean anything until we get that official Visa approval :thumbs:

I think its our time now fellas. Lets all hold hands and say our prayers :D

Thanks, I did signed up for both. Crossing my fingers here. Actually, If I understand correctly one poster earlier said that updates on USCIS is a week late? So, again what you said could be true. An NOA2 or RFE(hope not) is probably on its way to my mailbox. Eitherway, Im just happy that there's a sign of life with my case. Ill keep praying tonight.

hmm sounds like an approval next!.. our case got 3 consecutive touches since 12/21/09 then we received a text and email notification that we got approved last 12/23/09..

well i do hope it's your NOA2 coming up! :thumbs:

I just got back on the 17th from a visit with my hubby back in bangalore India. It was great..my flight landed 50 minutes before midnight on new years eve so we got to be together, in a cab as the airport in bangalore is way out of the city, but we were together at midnight! Then enjoyed over 2 weeks together to start the year out. Now I am home and its back to being depressed and impatient as I await some sort of notice as our file has not been touched since the NOA1 notice was given. Hope things speed along soon..this distance is a killer!

Am I too hopeful to think that this whole process could be finished and he actually get to come here by May?..most likely but never hurts to hope right?
