I got NOA1 same day as yours so i would assume my file and ur file are in the same box. lets hope some angel picks our box and approves it soon.

Oh yeah so i am not alone my last touch was 09/02/09 nothing since ...CSC has slowed down a whole lot this month so i'm just overlooking October and hoping that November will be our month

Well something is cooking on my side MsSheka.

something weird though. in my uscis web site portfolio i have total of three cases.

1 my Green card application. last updated was jan 2002, thats when my green card was approved. ( <--- this date was changed to oct 26 2009 )

2 my naturalization application. last updated was july 2006, when i became citizen ( no change )

3 my petition which i filed for my wife. last update was sept 2009. ( no change )

today when i checked the petition i filed for my wife is just the same no change BUT the case when i got green card in 2002 was updated instead it said last updated oct 26 2009.

this i dont understand, instead of working on the petition i filed for my wife, they started working on my 7 year old approved application, or is this normal? i am just going nuts. Anyone has any idea?

I have heard of that before and they normally would update the wrong file so its possible your I-130 is being processed and they went back to that file for info

Thanks MsSheka - its just that sometimes - u hope if not u atleast someone is gettig approved - so CSC is atleast working on the I-130's - i see that after Oct 24 there are no approvals - Aug and Sept were very good months - many approvals. Wish somethin was movin - checkd the K-1 and so many approved ???

Wish somethin was movin - checkd the K-1 and so many approved ???

I know i asked my hubby if he thinks we should try a K3 he said lets wait until December hopefully i won't be bald by then

Me too - v r thinkin abt it - i wish someone got approved - i hve seen cases where they have taken 3-4 mths - wonder what they do for so long - what r they checkin ??/

what frustration on ehas to go thru just to be with your hubby - I mean tho v r married , v hve to b away and wait to get back with them - This is like GOD proposes MAN disposes - Just have to wait and PRAY. I know u hve been waitin for longer than me - Will pray for u as well
