It is already against the law to operate a vehicle in an unsafe manner. No redundant laws, please.

extremely dangerous.

As for the seat adjustment, I had a really bad experience senior year in high schoo, borrow my friend's car and was in a rush for a job interview. While driving, i noticed the seat was kinda too close, so i tried to adjust the car seat, BAD MOVE< BIG MISTAKE, if i didn't have one hand on the well, I would have been 6 feet under now because the car just swing way back, i had to quickly put on the emergency light, and push myself foward, can you imagine, you have the seat belt on , and now you are push way out back and have no control of the car

They should just loosen up on the speed limit a little bit - if you could fly down the interstate at 120 m/h nobody would want to text any more. :devil:
