^ Am I sensing that someone is severely homesick for mommy's ####### and needs a one-way ticket back home before they have a psychotic episode and actually travel to Boston and search the streets for someone named Spookyturd and attempt to beat the spookyturd out of him?

No my cousin lives there. We disowned him years ago for such a dumb move

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I would prefer it if the chocolates would come out a little later. I like that special christmassy feeling the displays have, but it wears off until Christmas. I would like to have tangerines all throughout the year though...but they don't come in until mid November.

eta. And stop fvcking arguing in this thread. It's about Christmas FFS!

Karin is working at Michael's - they have their x-mas starting to go out - Hobby Lobby (a similar store) has theirs out already; these types of stores I can understand sort of (lot of people start their crafting about this time), but the candies etc... uh..just a bit too early...

A month ago, we bought red Christmas balls (for our tree this year) at Michael's. That time they already had the halloween stuffs on sale and 1/3 of the place was already filled with Christmas decors.

I too would love to have tangerines year round. So what's up with that? If California can have them, why not Georgia?

I don't get into the Christmasy stuff until after Hallowe'en. Then I start playing a few Christmas tunes - starting off with the Trans Siberian Orchestra. Anna wants to put the tree up ASAP after Hallowe'en. Such an impatient little one is she. Tree goes up a few weeks before Christmas. I mean, we have a cat you know. :)

Incidentally, I had a small slip of paper placed in my bookbag the other day: My Christmas List by Anna. Gawd they start those lists so soon!
