Congrats to all the recent approvals!! September filers seem to be moving right along

I'm preparing for the interview now and gathering our "evidences". Here's what I've got so far:

rent lease in both our names

car title in both our names

car insurance in both our names

bank account in both our names

bank account in my mom's name and his (she's our co-signer)

wedding photos and various other photos of us and the kids together

Does it seem like enough? I'm worried it won't be, but I'm not sure what else I could include as I don't have a lot of assets to co-mingle him with! I wonder if we didn't get transferred to CSC because we have a co-sponsor in our case. Those of you who have got transferred, did any of you have co-sponsor's?

Good luck to those still waiting!

Evidence list looks good  Remember to take the basic documentation with you also such as passport.

We had a co-sponsor and got transferred without any problems at all.

I am really surprise when my husband said that I have mail already from USCIS.

Greetings to the all of the Sept filers... Thanxs for answer some of my questions

We also filed on the beginning of Sep I-485, I-130 and I-765, got RFE on the 22nd and our case was on suspense.

Sent the evidence on the 30th; got another RFE for the same thing (Affidavit of Support) on Oct 6 (1 day before of our bio's appoinment). Went to the bio as scheduled on the 7th.

Sent more evidence again on the 13th and they received on the 16th...

Finnally on Oct 21 the case was touched at the USCIS website stating that "Document production or Oath" was taking place. On Oct 28 case was touched again on website but this time the message was "On Oct 28th we mailed you a notice approving this I-765"... We were like, 'What the frog, aren't they supposed to first approve the I-765 first and then mail you the card?' Whatever  USCIS can be quite confusing, they have no guidelines whatsoever when dealing with cases :(

One thing that I'm a bit worried is that they received the I-130 on Sep 11, and no touch on it online or by mail yet (besides the receipt notice that they mailed me). We really thought the case was moving rather fast, but this Nov 11th will be 2 months and nothing... Time to hit the panic button or we're overreacting a bit?

Will they move our case to the CSC (our case is still in the NBC) and we'll be lucky enough not to have a AOS interview at our local USCIS office?

How do they determine which cases are transferred to CSC and which cases not?

Thanxs in advance for taking the time to answer me (all this silly questions, Lol) and lots of luck and perseverance to those who are in suspense/same situation as us.

09/07/09 AOS received; signed by RMercado

09/11/09 Receipt notice on I-485; I-130 & I-765

09/15/09 Biometrics Appmt received for 10/07/09

10/07/09 Biometrics completed at the local USCIS office

10/29/09 EAD arrived by mail

11/13/09 Went to my local ss office to request a ss. Should be getting my card in less than 2 weeks :)

11/21/09 Received my ss card on the mail!

12/07/09 Got a job :)

12/14/09 Initial interview for AOS @ 11:30 am. Jehova es mi pastor, nada me faltara!

12/14/09 AOS Approved...Conditional Permanent Resident!

12/15/09 Case closed by IO, reopened again on the day of our 2nd weeding anniversary (God works in misterious ways)

01/19/10 10 yr GC arrived in the mail :)

10/02/10 Applying for US Citizenship, with God's will :) :)

I wasn't sure but most here that was transferred to CSC, got transferred before EAD approval. Well, maybe things got longer to process because of your RFE. But at least, your case is moving. It might take yours a bit longer than anyone here in September filer who doesn't have RFE.

Good Luck! Be patient.

congrats to all who already received their gc  and good luck to those who are awaiting interviews and approvals :star: .We did the walk-in biometrics yesterday and it was a success eventhough the old lady who assisted us was not approachable and cranky :) .last night when i checked my case status online and my email,it said "card production ordered" does this mean that mine and my son's EAD are already approved?

Check the case receipt numbers, if you both have seperate ones then it is the one it says. If it lists several with the same status then it applies to those.
