What is the fastest and easiest way to get a social security number and work permission for my lady and school for her kid?

Could you be more specific about this lady and her kid?

What type of Visa?

Sorry its a K-1 fiancee visa. What do I do how do I do it when they arrive. We'll be arriving in New York as our first stop in the USA.

Assuming they are on K1 and K2 visas; get married, then adjust status, file for EAD then apply for social security.
