Hi Friends,

I have this docs for AOS :

- Payment in the amount of $ 1010.00

- I-485

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary) 4 photos or i need more?

- I-864

- I-765

- I-131

- Copy of my passport

- Copy of NOA2 “Approval” for I-129F

- Copy of I-94

- Copy of Birth Certificate with Translation

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- Copy of Vaccinations Records from Medical Examination in my home country

Do i need my chest X-ray,too?

Any other suggestions for Affidavit of support like some proofs, licences about income and bank account ifno?

You will also need tax records for the past year, 2008. I sent in transcripts for the past 3 years and pay stubs for every week of 2009 up to my filing date. Only the past year is truly required but I went for overkill. :lol:

You will need 2 photos for the AOS, 2 photos for EAD and 2 photos for the AP, if you filed for it.

Chest X-Ray is not needed.

Your marriage cert must be an official copy not a Xerox copy.

I also sent in a copy of my Employer letter that I got stating my job and income.

Other here will post if they think of something I forgot.

oh, Thank you guys soo much!!

I have only 4 pictures of thi months but i have pictures from conculate filing, and first I-129F are they still valid?

Timeline

Your photos need to be taken within 30 days of applying for AOS. So the pictures you have may not be valid anymore. Go to your nearest cvs or walgreens for passport photos if needed.
