Need Advice - To send AOS or not w/o I-693?

As of today, there are 96 days before we plan to travel out of the country. We are experiencing delays with the I693 because we have to wait 3 more days before the blood test results come back. The doctor won't sign the Varicella box until the blood tests results come back. What should we do?

1. Send the AOS package out without the I-693 (supplement)?

2. Wait for 3 days and send everything together? That makes it 93 days and it takes 60-90 days to get an Advanced Parole

Can we send the AOS package and then send the I-693 at a later date?

You will probably get an RFE for the missing paperwork, and most likely, your case stops till they receive it back (AP/EAD/AOS).

I would wait for it to come in and send it as a complete package.

Yup - best to wait and submit the entire package - there will likely be an RFE which would (as Bobby says) cause a delay in all other things (AP and/or EAD) and you'll need the AP to travel/return.

You will get a RFE which will certainly delay your case for more than 3 days, so you should send I-693 with the package.
