your AOS fee is $1,010 payable in advance. Your medical packet is sent unsealed along with your AOS application. The instructions are detailed, a bit complicated, and must be followed accurately. See "guides" atop this page. Good luck!!!!!

I will assume that you entered on K1 visa?

Then you have to file AOS. With that file for EAD. Total cost for it will be $1010, and it include biometrics fee ($80).

If you entered as K1, and have had your medical exam taken whitin 1 year, you just need to mail them copy of vaccination supplement (I received my copy of it after medical exam for K1). That should make it.

I think you either meant to say "SEALED" or "UNOPENED", right? definitely not UNSEALED... one small typo for a sentence, one big doodoo for these who follow... :-)

so it should be a SEALED medical packet. SEALED by the civil surgeon who conducted your medical exam, and you are NOT supposed to open it.
