We received our RFE yesterday... They are asking for my husband's birth certificate (I thought we had sent that already). They need a translated copy. My question is, who can translate it? Does it need to be professionally certified?

Almost anyone fluent in both languages can translate the birth certificate besides the petitioner or beneficiary. The translation will need to be certified by the translator.

I asked my friend just type out the form (from the upper posted), print out and sign (friend's name and address).

I think mine is worked since didn't get any RFE yet
