Hey guys I listed the embassy to process the visa in Munich, but I found that it is in Frankfurt. Will this have any effect on my visa, or will they forward this to Frankfurt anyways?

When it gets to the NVC they will check that and have it sent to the correct embassy. If you are concerned than you can always call the NVC (once it makes it there) and tell them about your snafu.

Each country has only one embassy. They may have more than one consulate and it is possible they use only one of these for K-1 visas. If there is more than one consulate doing K-1s then there will be regions of the country that each consulate handles (east/west, north/south) etc. The State Department (NVC) makes this decision based on your listed residence address in your country. You have little to say about it. It will not affect your visa, it will affect where you go for your interview.
