Once -

I made a complete copy - so I could check it anytime.

If you didn't do that, you will now worry if you signed and dated the check.....

Or signed the petition....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Never underestimate the power of re-check. Before coming back to Puerto Rico my SO and me checked the whole package 3 or 4 times. After coming back I made 2 copies and while checking them for accuracy I found one extra mistake on the I-129F. I fixed it and only then I sent the papers.

PEACE.......

When you love someone from the bottom of your heart; so much that you are willing to give your life for your loved one, time and distance takes a backseat. Only love prevails. And with love in you hearts you can overcome anything.

I made 4 copies of everything. I doubled, tripled and I...must have checked 100's of times before I'd sent it off and I still got RFE. It's always good to be thorough. Good luck and take care.

just sent off our I-129f K1 package...

lots of fun to do...

So how many times did you put your package in order while checking..copying..rechecking...etc before sealing the envelope?

I think 20 times or more. LOL

And so did my husband [fiance back then]. And he kept a copy of everything. Everything went well, thank God, just got 1 RFE for IMBRA [this started in tyhe middle of our process lol].

We did the same for my AOS. Everything well [but my fingerprints =/].
