Laughing !! I don't know if you have a HUMAN RESOURCE Deptment but if you do ... they already have one Offical letter on their computer.

If not the answer you received seems to have all the information. I can only add that it has to be on a OFFICAL company letterhead.

No i meant for proof of ties to country when she comes to visit xD. The letter stating she is employed and plans to return to work on these days. She does contracting work for a small home builder, company of like 10 so they dont have an HR department.

On company letterhead it needs to state that she works there how long she's been there that they have granted her a vacation or leave of absence for X amount of days and she is expected to return by DATE.

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead.

Exactly. When she's leaving and expected return date is important for visiting purposes.

This is good as well, but having the dates she's leaving and returning are best for visiting. How much she makes isn't important. I think this is probably the letter they want for the interview's affidavit of support.

yes what i said was for the interivew stage, then just take out the salary and show time for visit and it prob should be a letterhead and should be certified
