Sorry I am Bulldog but also Chaos i posted this on the other thred but did not get a responce so i will post here.

Ok this is the update and i an very upset and happy all at once.

K-1 Visa I 1 29 approved on 6-19-2009 we both moved to new address 8 months ago and filed the address change with the USCIS.

Been waiting on her packet to come now for 4 weeks but nothing so I called the Embassy in Manila and they sent it to her old address huhuhuhu.

So now i updated everything with them on the phone and they said they will send the packet out in the next few days but her interview is already schedualed for Aug 20,2009 at 7:30 and her medical has to be done 7 days prior to her interview but they also say she does not have to make an appointment for the medical just go and get it???

I also thought we was the one to call and schedual the appointment for the interview ? but they say we have the date already.

Can anyone answer these questions for sure please

Download and fill out the forms, 1/2 the people never receive the packets they send anyways

She can walk in to St Lukes and get her medical anytime no appointment required check their website for exact info...you will need a copy of the letter they emailed you...

They will set an appointment if they get to it and you have not already done so.

Can anyone answer these questions for sure please

Congratulations! You are almost there.

Pizzadude is right, just download the forms from the Manila Embassy site. The packet that your fiancee will receive is just a 1 page letter anyway stating the MNL case no and a link to the manila embassy site.

Yes she can just walk in anytime at St. Luke's Extension Clinic in Manila (exact address is posted at the Manila Embassy site).

I think its good that you already have an appointment set for August. Otherwise, you or your fiancee will still need to pay for PLDT telephone fee in getting appointment in caling the call center.

I did not recieve anything in email I called.

If your fiancee hasnt received the letter from USEM yet and she is going to have her medical exam, they said that NOA2 hardcopy is acceptable. Maybe you can scan it and send it to her so she can present it at SLEC. Just make sure that your NOA2 has the MNL case number.

You can get your MNL # from NVC by calling them I can't remember phone # but it is listed on the k1 flowchart, call them and have your USCIS # your names and birth dates ready and they will give you the MNL#.

Going to interview and sitting next to her is luck of the draw it really depends on the CO you get even if you don't get to go in room you can sit 5 feet away outside door. I went and got to go into the interview, CO swore us both in and he even ask me as many questions and Elena, which by the way was only about 4 questions each.
