Call their general information line and speak to an operator. You'll need your NVC case number or your USCIS case number.

keep login to their payment website, when you will get log in fail, ( you will get a message saying that Case id no longer available at NVC for futher processing, than you will know that your case is about to complete. And only way to know for sure, is after login fail, call nvc to find out if you case completed or not.

NVC does not email you when the case i s completed.

204 days to approve I-130

43 Days To approve appliation at NVC

Removign Condition from greencard

2011-09-25 ; Greencard Expire

2011-06-27 : application filed 91 days to go before Greencard expire
