We fill 2x G-325a, at bottom of first page it tell

Applicant: Who is the applicant the immigrant or the resident.

And on the second one same question.

By the way my lawer said I should not put anything it that whole section, cause I don't have a Alien number.

Entry on a tourist (no visa is required for Canadians to enter)

4/7/9 - got married

5/4/9 - Received Marriage certificat.

7/30/9 - NOA

Your lawyer is wrong. Big surprise.

For the petition the term "applicant" is not appropriate. be that as it may, you can put your name on yours, your fiance can put his name on his. When you do the AOS the immigrant will be the "applicant" and you will have an "A" number at that time. For now it is just historical data for the petition.

For "A" number write "none"

For the G-325 "Applicant" is the person completing the form. My interpretation is that if you are the USC and do not have an A# then write N/A or none.
