Hi, I am petitioning my wife but I am worried about being denied because I don't have three years of tax returns as I have not been working for three years. (I am 20)

Is it possible to send 2 years of tax returns and all my paystubs for the last year? I have been with my current company since July 2008.

I only sent 2008 returns and 4 months of this years paystubs and we did just fine. You do have to fill out the part on the I-864 that asks for the income amounts for the last 3 years.

No, just send a letter along with your Affidavit stating that you only had income for those two years and that for the third year you had no income whatsoever, therefore were not required to file a tax return under US Code. Be sure to put $0 in the income box for that year, don't leave it blank.
