Good morning everyone. I just got off the phone with NVC to see why I haven't received any Emails. Today the operator told me that as long as there is an attorney assigned to a case the emails will only go out to the Attorney. Thursday the operator told me that she would have an Email sent to me; Today the operator says that Email was also sent to the Attorney.

Anyone else here had a similar/different experience?

Thanks

If you have an attorney the DA-3032 is never sent out, the attorney is automatically the choice of agent. You need to call to have the attorney either removed from your case or your contact info added.

We removed our lawyer from our case, lawyers may slow your progress at this point, you may want to consdier doing this aspect on your own.

Good luck.

Actually, I did add my contact info, last week. The operator today told me my contact info doesn't matter as long as I have an attorney assigned to the case.

Wonder if anyone with a lawyer has ever received emails alonr with the lawyer? Ill keep lookin!

Thanks for the replies

No, with notifications from NVC we did not recieve notifications. Which is why we removed her from the case. She was taking too long to notify us that something was needed by NVC.

Good luck.

Finally! I just received an Email checklist from NVC. The date of the Email is today's date, so it looks like the date on the recording is not synchronized with the server sending the Email.

Recording dates were 9th, 11th, 17th, but the date on the letter is 20th. Email is sent to Attourney with myself and wife as a cc.

Feeling better :)
