The I-865 only mentions the word "Sponsor" on the instructions sheet. I believe that because I am the husband I am the actual "Sponsor" of my wife. I did not meet the income guidelines so we used my brother is our co-sponsor. My brother moved, so do we use the I-865 for him- the "co-sponsor" . Its my guess we would but I just want to make sure. Thanks ahead of time- Gary

The I865 is used to update the address of a person who has file and I-864. It's not limited to just the primary sponsor. Yes, he should file an I-865.

Thanks, I was pretty sure that was the case but Ive learned that if there is ever any doubt at all it is best to always make sure your doing the right thing, especially when your dealing with immigration matters. Thanks Again- Gary
