We filed the I-485 and I-130 along with all other forms after we got married and we recieved a rejection notice. I have 2 questions.

When we refile to we have to reprint every form or just the one's with mistakes?

When we refile do we now have to check the box that asks if we have filed before with the answer yes. Or do we still check no?

Generally speaking - you would not really need to reprint/complete all new forms.

If you're saying your forms were rejected (not denied) the answer is probably 'NO' to 'have you filed before.' What was the reason for the rejection?

Why was it rejected? This would help us to help you :)

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

probably this:

just the one's with mistakes

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
