Did we send I-751 to the wrong place??

We sent out I-751 package to Vermont 3 weeks ago and recieved our NOA with 1 year extension a few days ago.

When I look at the USCIS website on the processing times.... it doesn't show I-751 times at Vermont.

The only place it shows as processing the 751 is Nebraska.

I'm starting to worry that we sent our package to the wrong place.... although the website said GA residents should send to Vermont.

Also... when I try to look up the case status online... it says they have no record of my EAC number!

What are we doing wrong??

You're not doing anything wrong - you sent it to the correct place - you did receive your NOA/I-797C with the 1-year extension - that is certainly proof enough.

Some folks (for no apparent reason) can not check the status of their case for a while - some can within a week while others wait a month or more - doesn't mean they're not processing the case though.

Thanks for your reply, Karin / Otto.

I'm reassured.... but I'm still wondering why Vermont isn't showing the I-751 on its processing times.

California Service Center is not showing the I-751 in the processing times table in the last two months but everything is running fine. So don't worry.

You CANNOT find the status of your case online until you get the new number that comes with the biometric appointment letter.
